| I lived in DC area many years and have now lived in Bay Area for 10+. Sadly, this is correct. You will need to focus on the East Bay to get more value. Walnut Creek may be too pricey, try San Ramon, Dublin- these areas are nice with much greater opportunity for affordable housing. |
