Do you need a player card to play it in the Bolivian league? Is it sanctioned? If you get an injury is anyone covered by insurance? Is everyone else just a snowflake?

No. No. No. Yes.

The Bolivian League - Serving VA/DC/MD, no Snowflakes allowed.

Now I really want my son to play with this league! It'll never happen, probably. He does play futsal with a number of Latino teens, but I don't think they are Bolivian, so no idea how he would get the invite.

It's not just Bolivians. Most of the better latinos in the area probably know about it. His club teammates may well know about it. A lot of teams are loosely based on existing club teams.

No point bringing cash unless you speak the lingo. Nobody bets with the gringos.
