The. North Pole. Get over it. They come out and die fairly quickly. The world does not revolve around you. They aren't nearly as annoying as crying, whining child.

The question was if there will be cicadas at the farms.

Has anyone been to the zoo or Butlers or great country?

Go south. I was in Fredericksburg yesterday and was surprised to hear no cicadas.

I've only seen one live one in Frederick.

We were out near Gainesville/Warrenton last weekend, and saw/heard no cicadas at all, anywhere. Apparently that is the edge of the Brood X zone. So if you look there or farther west/south, you should be good.

We are supposed to go to the beach Memorial Day weekend. I’m glad there won’t be a lot of cicadas at the beach.

+1 We live in Southern MD and have only seen a few Cicadas, especially down in St. Mary's.

Central PA doesn’t seem to have a lot.

The cicadas were bad at the zoo. Two of them landed on me and I was doing my best to avoid them.

Prince william county does not have them. Leesylvania State Park is beautiful. 2 Silos is fun. My daughter and I went to Messicks Farm Market to pick strawberries and there were no cicadas there (Fauquier).

We camped at SNP last weekend and didn't see any cicadas.
