Why centrally located? To be unkind about it? Where in DC do we benefit the most teaching trades?

Because there are plenty of affluent people in other wards. They just aren't choosing DCPS, and they never will unless DCPS gets it together.

Because Spingarn is on the blue line and it would be better to have a trade school located where Cardozo is rather than right near Phelps. Red/green/yellow lines.
