Because PP is either a teacher or a troll. No reasonable person wants or believes we should have a snow day tomorrow. |
Jays wintry mix is saying it could be a few inches and ice. One factor here is there is in person ACCESS testing happening this week for ELL students. They may close if they feel conditions deteriorate to where transportation to get the kids in person would be risky. |
They can reschedule the test without shutting down the education of 80,000+ kids. What a ridiculous excuse. |
PSAT are scheduled too. Go yell at the clouds if you’re mad. |
Oh no! Not the PSAT's!! Why didn't you say so in the first place. ![]() |
You don’t have to like the decision if they close and they might not. Just trying to pass along a little context for why they do if they do. Admin and classified staff still report, staff have to report to run these tests and kids have to come. It’s a significant issue IF conditions are unsafe for transportation. |
Seems like all these tests would be a reason to HAVE school, not a reason to cancel. They are calling for like an inch or two. |
We’re calling a 2-hr delay tomorrow. Calls will start at 5-6 AM.
I wish I had someone with inside info when I had children back in the day. |
Delays are the WORST!’ |
They’re not. |
Loudoun County Public Schools are scheduled to open on time tomorrow, January 26th. Because the weather forecast is uncertain at this time, this decision may change to a delayed opening or closure. If the status of Loudoun County Public Schools changes, staff and the public will be notified as soon as possible.
—— LOL? |
They’ll fold like a cheap lawn chair. Turning off my kids alarms. |
Will this upcoming Sunday and next Monday will also be a fail like today or will it actually 5n0w though? |
I told y’all... don’t say you weren’t warned. Two calls 5:30 AM and 6:01 AM you’re welcome. |
Please get a life. |
