| CNU is mossy definitely a PV. Perfect fit for NoVa parents seeking a safer, summer camp milieu with limited diversity and Courtyard Marriott amenities. |
Sorry it triggers you that other people don’t like your school. Try to let it go. |

| ^^^CNU grad doesn’t know what the plus means. Shocker. |
Not my school but you are a total d-bag. |
You seem really nice. And dumb. |
| Not gonna lie. I'd be disappointed if my kid ended up at CNU. I had a couple go to UVA, and the one who didn't have those numbers went to VCU. VCU has a much more interesting and diverse student body. CNU is all around third tier at best. |
CNU and VCU have almost identical acceptance rates and incoming student test scores. The data cuts against your claim that VCU is in a higher tier. I wonder if your politics are influencing your preference for it over CNU. |
I could share my degrees and accomplishments, or where my own kids went to school, but I don't want to rub it in your face. And you're still a d-bag. |
Incoming student test scores aren't all that important. VCU is a major research university with diverse programs and majors and simply offers a whole lot more and is a far more interesting place. |
For some kids, that's where they can get in. Not everyone has stellar grades. |
It amazes me how many people post here as if the parents' involvement is irrelevant to the process. If the parents are paying, they are very relevant to the process. Additionally, many kids WANT their parents' input. Parents play a critical role in providing advice and guidance, imo. You may disagree and that's fine. But, your absolutism on this point is ridiculous. |
NP here. Agree that credential hounds and school snobs are D-bags. |
As others have said ~ Christopher Newport is conservative. THEY have chosen conservative as their brand. They market themselves to The Conservatives. np here. |
There is a big gap between excluding parents from the process and parents who talk about the process in the first-person singular. It's not complicated. |
