Agreed. Doing your own pods sounds horribly inefficient and doesn't scale. INOVA is built for this and will crank through that population. All things being equal, you'd have to think LCPS will lag far behind the other districts in getting their teacher population vaccinated.

In the meantime I made an appt at INOVA, which I will cancel if LCPS gets moving. But its my insurance.

Not only have they not started, they have not released the signup, nor said when they plan to. They also said it will take 6-8 weeks OR MORE to vaccinate all staff.

Their record is unblemished at this point. Zero appointments made, zero appointment slots wasted, zero complaints about systems crashing, zero vaccinations given. Don't break what's not broken.
