When do you stop referring to your child as a "baby"?

As a term of endearment? Never! I’m their mom. They’ll always be my babies but as something to say to others in a regular conversation, like as in “my baby is sick today” or “I need to buy my baby new clothes”? 2 is roughly my cutoff for that.

To others - around 1. We usually just use her name, nickname or say kid. To her- never. She is five and gets annoyed when I call her baby or ask my husband where the baby is. 😄
