It means a bunch more white gentrifiers moved into PGC in the last 4 years

In 1950 PG County had a total population of 193,899. Of that total, 171,247 were white.

In 2010 PG County had a total population of 863,420. Of that total, 556,620 were African American.

Who is gentrifying who?

A bunch of statisticians at the Department of Labor would probably disagree. So would a bunch of HBCU administrators.

You do realize that the recent EO on those who receive federal dollars cannot teach implicit bias or talk about systemic racism would put HBCUs out of business. They smiled for the camera and then ran like hell. No they don't support Trump.

PG was predominately white until about 1980.
