Not required outside nor is kid outside transmission a thing.

Why are you walking up to unmasked people and not staying 6 feet away if you’re so concerned?

I'll admit I usually just rely on distance and not masks at parks but you are awesome, PP, and if you did this to me I'd never go without one again.

Come to downtown DC. We are in Dupont and I have yet to see an unmasked kid over 2 on the playground.

Go to the school playgrounds

From a practical standpoint, who does OP expect to enforce this? Even if masks were required, playgrounds aren’t staffed.

Ours is closed, unfortunately.

OP, I was just at Eakin Community Park this past weekend on the trail. Only one other kid at the playground. Maybe try there. It’s in Annandale near Merrifield. Nice trail, too.

+1 head to NWDC

I’m in CCDC so know those playgrounds but bet you could find some closer to you across Chain Bridge (Palisades comes to mind) that would be wonderful and almost 100% masked, kids included.

This. Seems like no shame PP is seeking attention, not safety. Grow up.

Someone did this to my son and he brought it to me and I threw it in the trash. Don’t go near other people’s kids you creep.

Go there. I’ve been to every playground in nw dc and see plenty, including my kids, without masks. What you want doesn’t exist, except apparently in DuPont.

So does MoCo.

Not true in DC or MoCo.
Masks are required even outdoors
