No. If someone called me a terrible person, I wouldn't pretend to be polite like nothing happened. If you find yourself face to face, turn around and walk away.

If you didn't want drama, you should have just unfollowed.

I would personally just ignore her at this point, mostly because she seems like the kind of person that's going to badmouth you. I wouldn't give her any further ammo.
