6:15. I am showered and dressed by 6:45, when the baby usually wakes. I change and feed her, then put her down on her play mat while I handle 4yo DD’s breakfast and shepherd her through getting dressed and brushing teeth and hair.
DH and I are both WFH right now due to the pandemic. He does daycare drop off; I log into work around 7:45. |
630. I enjoy a quiet hour before the kids get up at 730. |
My job is fairly intense. My teen gets herself up for school but I start work from home at 6am. From 6-9am my 4 month old is asleep and I can get a good amount done. |
5am, same as always. Work out 5:15-6. Cannot miss that workout or my day is ruined. It's the best part of my day. |
Between 5-8, depending what’s going on and how late I was up the night before. DH and DS sleep until 8.30-9. |
Between 5:15 and 6:15. Get up and out of the house every morning to workout before getting ready for work, making sure kids are woken up, etc. |
Between 4-5 and then run 8-12 miles before being home to make breakfast for the kids at 615. I'm hoping at some point my kids sleep past 5am but that's where we are at the moment. |
I get up at the same time whether I am working or not.
Kids get up for school at 6:30. I get up at 6:00 to have a cup of coffee and breakfast and wake up for the day. |
4am. Ours around until 4:30, then start work. I'll go out for a run when it's light out or do a yoga video before the kids wake up. Thew days, they wake up between 7-8. Class starts at 9. I go to bed when they do. It's a boring way to live |
8:30 or later. Au pair wakes up elder child for distance learning, baby sleeps in our room. |
Same. Also would be 5:30 if I was commuting. |
5:00 on gym days, 6:00 on run days. Kid wakes up around 7:00. |
I’m a total morning person. I’m up around 6 or 6:30 most mornings. I workout 4 mornings a week but otherwise just enjoy coffee and relax until the work and school day starts. The rest of my family starts getting up at 8:15ish. |
7:00 now but before the pandemic, I woke up at 5:55. I don't have a commute and I don't have to take my kid to school so I can sleep longer. |
I get up 5-15 minutes before I expect kids to get up or whenever kids come jump on me to tell me they got up early. At times, that meant I was up at 4.15, but it's now around 6.45. |
