What fitness classes do you DISLIKE and why?

Agree with much of the above. Some are cultish, with favorite spots and other things that are way too type A. I find Zumba difficult because there's not much prompting, but maybe teachers vary. Really can't wait for virtual reality where I can be in a room of NPCs.

I don’t like any type of dance class (Zumba, hip hop or anything) because it’s not much of a workout. I can’t stand spinnng because it’s boring. I think barre is okay. I love kickboxing, Tamara, HITT and yoga.

I like barre, but I mix up my workouts. I'm tiny and lean, so barre helps give me definition in my abs which I like, and it helps my back issues.

That said, I HATE pilates. It just screws with my neck.

My go to schedule is strength classes (I prefer low impact now that I'm in my 40s) mixed with yoga, barre, a ton of walking and a great diet.

What’s Tamara? Or is it a typo for tabata?
