Something tells me you don't have many friends. I can't believe some of the things people are complaining about. Some people actually have things like horrible medical conditions that make their life hell, and you guys are complaining about zooom or corona virus WTF.

I have very close long time friends whose opinions I respect and who do not support a racist sexist person.

And my dad is a legal immigrant who has been getting death threats and his car vandalized so I will also complain about that because I worry about his safety surrounded by racist trump supporters like yourself. DH has a pretty demanding job in non-Covid times, but has been WFH since March and will not be going back into the office at least until next spring. I had a horrible time with my first pregnancy (lost about 25 lbs in T1 due to super intense nausea) so we figured if he was able to be home and help with the baby this would actually be really good timing for us. Would much rather be pregnant now (with a 10 month old and with DH home all the time) than be pregnant in a year or two at home on my own with a toddler. Just a personal choice.

Then if it was your choice, live with it and stop whining! Every choice has a consequence

I'm really happy with my choice and frankly, not really whining. OP posted that she's having a rough time and I posted here to share a little empathy, to let her know she's not alone in feeling stressed, and to say it's OK that she take some time for herself. Not sure what your motivation in posting is, other than to just tell people that their feelings aren't valid? Not really productive to the thread.

OP here your post helped and I understand we’re all in difficult situations and as a result of our choices mostly, yes, I could quit my job to focus on toddler but I choose not to. I choose to not TTC but wish I could. Just the mirage of choices but not.

That's what the trouble is with anti-trump people. Any opinion that differs from theirs makes you a deplorable, and they are very bellicose about it. Indeed, almost tyrannical. I do not like Trump but the other choice is worse since they so far didn't present any plans of how to get out of this pandemic (shut down the country? Postpone ANY mass gatherings including protests? shut down everything for 3 weeks?) Neither side cares, and the frustrated population picks on each other instead of making politicians just do the right thing - like in Spain, Greece or Baltic countries where people needed a pass just to get out of the house during lock down, and now they have almost no corona and kids are starting school.

Joe Biden does have a plan to turn around the Trump administration's dismal response to COVID: https://joebiden.com/covid19/. Even if you are skeptical that it will be effective, it has to be better than Trump's "plan" to not only ignore the problem, but to actually make it worse by interfering with testing funds and casting doubt on mask effectiveness. Not to mention that Trump is trying to unravel our democratic system. Did you not see the news that he ADMITTED he is withholding funding from the postal system so that he can interfere with mail-in voting?
