Is it cultural appropriations if other people are using Russian names? Looking at you, all the Sashas, Natashas, and Tanyas without a shred of Slavic heritage

It's my daughter's name. She loves it. A few people at school call her "Tati" but 95% of people call her Tatiana.

We are not Russian (but she's maybe 1/4 Russian from 4 generations ago.)
