Small plunge pool in the front yard?

If it were a hot tub, I could see the appeal... but only in the backyard.

uhh - pools aren't great for property values but one in the front yard is guaranteed to make your house impossible to sell.

Nobody wants to look at that (as nice as it is) and few homeowners want to parade around in their suits in their front yard.

I can see the neighborhood kids wanting to take a dig and just hanging around too.

I'd skip this idea

These type of pool spas sit above ground. An above ground pool the sides of pool is fence so no other fence needed
