Contesting extremely lopsided prenup?

If you contest, you realize how much pressure there will be, right? He pressured you with the prenup, imagine triple that with divorce. So even if you stood a chance you will most likely succumb to it.

You need to talk to a lawyer like you should have done before you signed this. For all you know this is a bunch of unenforceable garbage to keep you in line. You clearly don’t like your husband so perhaps a lawyer can help you go through a cost benefit analysis of being married.

Your post makes no sense. A zero interest loan makes financial sense. Grow up and learn about money. How many vehicles are you buying? Maybe he doesn't have the money you think he has as you both spent it all. You do sound like and idiot as you are demanding it be in your name not his.
