Has anyone from outside the club gotten a 2006 girls Mclean ECNL offer?

They did not move any green players up. If they moved ECNL players down then they are filling those spots from elsewhere.

Someone already wrote that players were given offers to Green. My guess is that they have slots for those who tryout.

It happens every year that some ECNL players are demoted to Green-usually the bench players during the season, so shouldn’t be a surprise to anyone. By the later years, the team looks nothing like it did at U13. Most of the girls aren’t even from McLean at the older ages. Nothing new to see here.

so if they demoted 4-5 to green 06 and didn't move anyone up from green (which i know for a fact-i have a kid on green) then are those 4-5 spots still open? have they filled them or will they have tryouts this summer?

And should also know it is rare for a Green player to move up-especially if you haven’t played or practiced with the ECNL team prior to this point. There was talk of dual rostering with both teams but that will be more likely to happen with the recently demoted players if anyone.

In looking at the posted roster, there are a few new faces including a former PT Metro player. Don’t see any former Arlington or FCV DA players....

06 girls are the ones Jaon royally un-developed and intimidated. why would anyone join that cursed age group? last place for a reason.

The team will strengthen over time-by U17 will be a different team then it is now. McLean still has influence with colleges and as long as Clyde Watson sticks around will still be legit.
