I find it more disturbing that her parents failed her and that she married a 50 yr old man. Is he even in jail? I found her whole video disturbing.

Of course you do. You can’t imagine that Chrissy could do anything wrong. Deflect deflect deflect.

Nope. I just find it interesting that out of everything that has happened to this woman this is where you want to focus. Deflect deflect deflect indeed.

Not surprising.

Anonymous wrote:Ummm...wasn’t she that 16 yr old that married a 50 yr old actor?! She has bigger issues than Chrissy.

So someone telling her to not wake up. Forever. is ok? Words have power as we’re constantly told here. Chrissy needs to apologize just like the long line of stars before her who have tweeted inappropriate stuff.

Courtney needs to be in extensive therapy and demanding an apology from her parents. If she’s worried about Chrissy it just goes to show she still doesn’t have her priorities in order. But go ahead and try to use Chrissy as an excuse for this deeply damaged person.

Interesting perspective. So Courtney, a child at the time, who was clearly abused by the people who should have looked out for her, doesn’t deserve an apology for the terrible things Chrissy said. Someone who is damaged doesn’t deserve better. Interesting perspective.

If that’s how you want to spin it go right ahead. If looking back this is all Courtney can see, then yeah, she needs help.

There’s no spin on what you wrote. Gross.

Yeah, it’s gross that a child bride needs therapy. She is clearly still wanting attention and to be famous. For some reason you seem to think the only person who failed this damaged woman was Chrissy. So keep spinning.

So bizarre that you keep blaming Courtney. But you’re incapable of admitting Chrissy owes her an apology for wishing she’d die. Yea, that’s gross. Courtney addressing her childhood is a whole separate issue that you want to conflate. Because Courtney is damaged, it’s ok to wish she’d die...But keep going with your next defensive post.

I’m stating what is obvious. You want to overlook everything that happened to this woman bc you hate Chrissy. Chrissy can give her an apology and then what? Being married to a 50 yr old still happened. Having her parents failed her still happened. Still wanting to be famous is apparent. The therapy she needs is still clear.

Yep. You’re still gross.

PS please post where I said I hate Chrissy? I’m dying to know.

I actually liked Chrissy up to this. But I really can’t deal with a rich, beautiful, more famous woman who told a clearly effed up teenage media sideshow she hated her and to go to sleep forever, and hasn’t apologized as far as I can tell. Seriously, just say “I was a screwed up 20something and shouldn’t have ever said that stuff.”

The tweets Chrissy T was responding to were weird tweets Courtney Stodden wrote about her day, not about Chrissy.

Was she rich and more famous 10 years ago?

Did John Legend end up on DCUM?

PP clearly said nothing of the sort. It's very clear that Courtney's been abused throughout her life. Nothing that happened to her is Chrissy's fault. However, what is Chrissy's fault is bullying a deeply damaged young woman.

Is Courtney attention-seeking? Yes. Is Chrissy a bully? Yes. The two things can be true at the same time. The people charged with protecting Courtney failed her. That doesn't excuse Chrissy's behavior.

Yea, I don’t like her non-response either. It seems weird for her because she seemed like the person that would be like - whooooaaaa what the eff, I royally screwed up then. Instead she made her Twitter private and claims to be on a social media break, after claiming that people are coming for the victim by pointing out her previous cruelness. And as a PP said, Courtney brought up these tweets again when on 4/29 and Chrissy never responded.

Why would John Legend ever end up here? I guess that was a weak attempt at a joke.

No one said it excused Chrissy’s behavior from 10 years ago. She should throw Courtney an apology Bc it’s clear Courtney desperately wants and needs it. Will it actually help anything, probably not.

No.

She most certainly was. She was on the cover of SI a few times by then and a famous swimsuit model. She’d also been dating John Legend for 3 years.

She wasn’t on the typical DCUMers radar until her twitter war against Trump became news.

She was never really a famous swimsuit model. She wasn’t really famous until they got married and her Twitter took off.

I have never really paid much attention to Chrissy Teigen but apparently she has a long history of saying hateful vile things about others. For someone who wants to dish it she certainly can't take it. What a disgusting person. Why would anyone spend any time or energy defending such a hateful person?

Yeah, I like Chrissy but she needs to suck it up and apologize. Courtney was a teenager being sex trafficked by her parents.

He wouldn't. It's just that no one else should be this invested in Chrissy's reputation.
