Or, and this works better at larger universities, always sign up for more credits than you intend to keep, attend all classes in the beginning -especially to try out the professor. Watch the "drop" date, and adjust your schedule/change sections/change professors/change the time of day -- whatever makes it work best. It's the advantage of the anonymity of a large university. |
Many selective colleges don't really work that way... also did you know most of their classes are 4 credits not 3 so students at "selective" school only take 4 classes a semester... not there is not a lab. |
