Thank goodness John Allen Muhammad was executed 10 years ago. Otherwise, we may have bleeding heart apologists wanting to give him a second chance.
A 17 year old should know that hiding in a car shooting people to death at random is wrong. He participated in the killing of 10 people and injuring 3.
I am not sympathetic to him at all. And, I don't believe he should ever get out of prison.
