Birthday venue that can accommodate 50 kids plus parents?

Of all the things I thought about when thinking about parents who had twins, hosting a birthday was not one of them. Omg how horrible. Poor twin parents!

Honestly, not all 50 will come, and definitely both parents won't come.

In preschool, we invited two classes - 45 kids. Only 30 RSVPed yet, and only 25 showed up. One parent each, and even at 5 years old, two kids were just dropped off for the hour.

So...temper your expectations.

I'd rent the whole tent area at Climbzone, I assume they will "sell out" the venue mostly to you

For all the people saying not everyone will come... Sure, not everyone. But we only got 3 no and 2 non-replies out of 30, 1 of the non-replies showed up, 8 siblings and the average kid brought 1.8 parents. Not what we were expecting. So just be aware it can go either way.

People. They are not having the party at their home, so calm down. They will end up at a bounce place and the venue will take care of everything. Those places can absorb a huge amount of kids. 50 will be a blip. Party room will be chaotic until the parents realize they can’t all fit. Otherwise it will be fine!

This is a great idea and really cost effective as well.

Agree except we do large parties as we pick flexible venues and we had more than invited come. Some families brought other kids. Some were from school and just came. It depends. The more, the better.

Friends rented out a roller skating rink -- it was lots of fun.

It seems OP wants to invite the entire two classes of her twins. I have twin boys, 2nd graders. Never had more than 25 kids plus parents. Even that's a lot for me. We don't invite everyone, my kids both write a list of names and then they have to agree on the final list.

What's your point? I invite that many for one child. Why leave kids out? For us it was pretty much the same cost for 10 as it was for 50 as the venue rented the space and it was just a little more in food.

Np here. I have hosted many parties. I think pp is saying 25 kids is already a lot of kids for a party.

We stopped doing all class parties in kindergarten. I invited all the boys one year but my kids usually make their guest lists of their friends.
