need long shirt for teen to wear over leggings

Thats basically what my daughter wears with leggings. Weve bought ones at target, old navy and gap. And i actually saw a cute one at costco the other day. I know someone will flame me for saying that but they had cute colors and it was a soct cozy material—just a basic long sleeve top with a little detail on the front. My kid doesnt want anything fancy for school—just basic tops and pants that are comfortable.

It's your prerogative to set limits on your DD - but there isn't anything wrong with tops that don't cover her bottom when she wears leggings. Depends on the time and place though, probably.

My daughter has 2 friends whose moms have this rule. They get to school and change to their crop tops in the bathroom.
