Trying too hard

I know a baby Juniper, and her mom is trying waaaay too hard.

Ha. As a mom to a baby Juniper what does this even mean!? Aren’t we all trying too hard? That’s the theme of modern motherhood. We find that our British friends find the name most normal...aka floral/botanical/herbal no different then a Poppy, Rose, Violet, Ash, Willow themed nature name.

It's a pretty name.

I think Jennifer had its Renaissance from the 70's through the 90's, so it'll have a grandma resurgence in about 10 or 20 years. I expect Jessica, Megan, and Kaitlin to make a comeback around then too.

Judith can definitely become a Supreme Court justice.

I actually love Judith/Judy and it’s not common at all now.

I also like June but that’s pretty common right now.

I’ve always liked the name Jennifer/Jenny and it’s not popular now.

I would bet Jade is actually more popular currently than Jennifer or Jessica.

Janice. I mean, Friends was 20-odd years ago now. A whole generation has passed. It's safe to use again.
