This ordering is a complete disgrace. 1 is number one? OMG!

Yeah that order is crazy. Seriously bonkers.

Wow, this ordering is fascinating to me. I have a hard time imagining 1 and 7 as favorites, and 4 as the almost worst. I would think Jar Jar alone would knock 1 off.

You're not alone. Everyone looks at me like I'm crazy. I think it's on par with how my nine year old thinks Jurassic Park is boring, but Jurassic World is the most amazing thing ever made. I saw Episode I opening night when I was in 11th grade. Huge screen, THX surround sound. The lightsaber battles were so fast paced, the droids looked real, and the podrace was visually stunning (by 90s standards). By the time I got around to seeing Episode I on an old VHS, it looked so outdated that I just couldn't get into it. Darth Vader's lightsaber choreography didn't really hold up to Darth Maul's fast paced dual saber fight. The movie also felt really slow.

The Force Awakens allowed me to see the original cast in a movie with modern effects, so I feel like it's the best of both worlds. For what it's worth, I hated the actor who played Anakin in Episodes II and III. The story was also rushed.

So it is the experience, that makes sense. I mean I still think this is a crazy ordering! But I understand how your experience can impact your ranking.
