| The only snacks my kids eat are fruit and veggies I have never brought processed gross snack foods home since becoming a mom. It has really kept me from gaining weight as i get older (late 40s, the same weight my adult life). Adopting my kids *made* me eat healthier. |
| Aside from fruits and nuts, we only keep organic lollipops, dark chocolate, rarely something else. I am not tempted by those at all. But I do bake quite a lot and that's another story. But I still manage to try just a bit of what I made and that's all. So I think there's no advice apart from 'just don't eat your kids' snacks' ))) |
