| A parent (former coach of U8 team) that was super competitive and passive aggressive. The dad sees his kid as best player and started a passive undercurrent of “why is coach not doing more drills” or other.... and challenging coach at practice and games. All along, casually rallying other parents to do the same. Coach was ready to quit. It was an effort to disrupt the team so his kid got more play. Folks went from being mostly okay and pleased with the team to grumbling and negative. Totally shifted the culture and some folks left. |
