I don't find children "gorgeous" or so beautiful that it makes me stop to look at them. In the first place that's creepy. It's the fetishing of children. We should never apply adult standards of beauty to children. At all. That's why it's frightening because it makes me think of, you know, pedophiles.

When they are little, their parents 'before' features haven't come out yet in their faces, especially noses. It's no Habsburg jaw, though, that's for sure.

The current Spanish royal family are the Bourbons, not Hapsburgs.
