This thread is a let-down, thought it was about beards of the Will and Jada variety...to which I’d have something to contribute because I know two couples with beard marriages.

Re: facial hair. For a man with the right qualities I could get into it, but in general I’d be more likely to swipe left.

It really depends on your look. Some people look good even with a scruffy beard, some look like grandpas even when the beard is well groomed. Actually from your post it seems you are doing it just to bother your ex wife so I guess the beard style is really not that important..

Most men I come across with beards don't pull it off as well as they seem to think. A low, neat shadow can be very flattering depending on other features.

Too clean shaven looks infantile and the shaggy look only sort of works if you're young and overall have an edgy style (whatever that means around here). The full forest looks ridiculous to me, especially on men I might otherwise find attractive if I could just see their whole damned faces.

Ultimately though, try out a few looks and see what nets you the best response. It's just hair.
