It is in the agenda as an Enrollment Ceiling Clean Up. Not sure what that means.

Looks like a paperwork issue.

"DCI began operation in 2014 under authorization from DC PCSB. In Section 3.2(C) of the school’s Amended and Restated Operator Direct Agreement, it states “DCI shall maintain an enrollment of no more than 215 students in the first Academic Year and
no more than 2,156 students in subsequent Academic Years substantially in accordance with [its] Schedule I.”
The school’s Schedule I, an attachment to its agreement, specifies by year the maximum number of students that DCI was permitted to enroll between school year (SY) 2014-15 and SY 2018-19. However, after SY 2018-19 the Schedule I jumps to SY
2024-25 to specify that DCI is allowed a total maximum enrollment of 2,156 at maturation. Due to this gap in the school’s enrollment schedule, DCI’s current agreement does not clarify how many students the school may enroll in school years 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, and 2023-24.
However, in the original approved proposal for DCI, submitted by Washington Yu Ying Public Charter School, the following enrollment schedule was approved:

[previous matrix is in the live binders document]

Both DC PCSB staff and the school agree that DCI’s enrollment schedule requires an update and that the originally submitted and approved Schedule I, reproduced above, should be included in the agreement."

Thanks PP. But I am still unclear on how they deal with the building capacity at Delano Hall.

That is not addressed in this document/PCSB issue.

You should direct the question to the school's administration.

They should build another campus in the McMillan site. It's close to a lot of the DCI feeders, and it'll be ready in the beyond foreseeable future, with all the hold ups.
