New neighbor has yippy dog

I feel your pain, op. We actually moved, for a variety of reasons, but the dog was the final straw. The new neighbors moved in in August, my house was sold in March. 4 hours of unending barking on Christmas night (they left the dog out) was it. I was done. Happily I was in Arlington so I never even had to show my house because I was very nervous about the impact that dog was going to have during open houses.

Talk to your neighbor. I bet if they stayed outside with the dog at night it wouldn’t bark as much. And a good neighbor would do that for the same of those living around them.
