I don’t know enough about procedures to see why, but I notice it too. And I’m really oblivious to that kind of thing - when other people suspect/notice someone has had something done I never see what they’re talking about. I wondered if maybe it was a minor or mostly-recovered case of Bell’s Palsy, or something with the pigmentation of her skin, as the colour of it seems off in the droopy area too (or perhaps one accentuates the other). |
I agree, OP. In her first couple RHOBH episodes, her face looked bloated, lumpy, and melting from too many fillers. |
I actually don't think she's had any Botox - her forehead is noticeably wrinkly on the show when compared to the other women. Good for her - she can actually express emotion unlike, say, Erika whose face doesn't move one iota. As for fillers, her face looks fuller than when she was younger, but then so does mine. Any weight gain always shows up in my face. |
Same with me. I'm Denise's age and my face is much fuller than it was when I was young. Any weight gain goes straight to my face, I guess I look like I have fillers. |

She looks good and natural- imperfect in a natural way with a bit of jowliness and sag to her lips (as people with larger lips get). |
The people saying she looks great.... it's like they've forgotten what normal human beings look like. |
It seems you think "normal human beings" age with the assistance of fillers, etc. She hasn't had that and so her face is aging normally. Wrinkles and sagging are normal. ![]() |
