My DH has not stepped up like I would have thought with parenting. And having little kids is hard. People from high school seem pretty shocked how I ended up whenever I run into someone. I get kind of insulted by how surprised they are, honestly.
Similar. Was not achievement oriented in high school but that all changed in college and I became very serious.
