Nobody remembers the amount of pregnancy/engagement announcements in recent years? Every damn celebrity having a kid was like "I'm pregnant....AND engaged!"

It was rather annoying. Like they got engaged just to make it look better - "I'm knocked up...but, hey, we're planning to get married, so it's totally fine!"

Ugh. Just have the damn kid. You don't have to keep up appearances. Those that did actually make it to the altar tended to get divorced shortly thereafter, so...

Nope, I'm aware. It just came out and hasn't proven to be a hit yet. People always give her a chance when she releases music but her last 4-5 singles were absolute flops.

She flipped out a couple of years ago because she was tired of being "Katy Perry" so she cut her hair and started trying to make different music. When's the last time she had a real hit song? Now she looks like someone's aunt trying to be cool at a party.

She didn’t go away. She was a judge on Idol last year and made 25M for just that season. That’s probably way more money than she’d make with a new album and touring. And way less work.

Honey, singers go to American Idol when they don't have hit songs anymore. I'm not doubting she still has fans and can command the paycheck, but as far as being a relevant pop star her days are over.

I know you DESPERATELY want to be right. But yes, his last album, released in Dec 2017, was considered a hit album. He then did Idol in 2018 and did a tour for that album in 2018. How fast are you expecting him to churn out music?

I'd argue that having a kid with a woman who went onto be a yacht girl and getting involved with Selena/Bieber crap gives him a worse track record than Katy.
