Nothing has been proven yet there are FB sites and other concerns that have run with this, bulldozing everyone who isn't on the bsndwagon yet. This is how the grain free thing happened- all grain food were considered crap.

Sorry, this has not been established yet. There is a lot to read on it, and there is nothing conclusive. Meanwhile dogs have died from a Vit D imbalance in other "accepted" foods.
