TSH and shady grove

I'm reading mixed information on TSH and TTC. My TSH level is at 2.7 which I think could be the cause of my infertility. Everything else came back normal and I'm going to push the RE to take this seriously.

I was diagnosed with Hashimotos after getting pregnant with my first DD via IVF. I ended up being referred to an endocrinologist for management. He was very proactive while I was TTC #2 and wanted my TSH lower than 2, and preferably around 1-1.5. He also had me come in immediately upon getting a positive pregnancy test. In fact, I saw him prior to my first beta.
TSH was not closely monitored by my RE (SG). They expected that to be handled by another physician.
