WPPSI scores and DC privates

Getting back to the original question, I've heard the head of school at another top school (other than Sidwell) talk about
"sufficient intelligence." The context was not admissions but more of a philosophical discussion along the lines of...if you have an IQ of 120 and could choose to add another 20 IQ points or could add another desirable quality, like imagination or creativity, which would be better? She seemed to come down on the side of the latter...more creativity over more raw brain power. I can't say that translates directly to admissions criteria, but it does indicate a general way of thinking. BTW, an IQ of 120 is approximately the equivalent of an 85 percentile WPPSI score, give or take.
