How does she do it? And no, having chefs and trainers do not help. Fergie and her daughters always had a problem with their weight despite having chefs and trainers.

Good genes. She's got a good natural body type. I'm sure chefs and trainers help but yeah, poor Eugenie and Beatrice could never achieve that.

I bet Kate dresses like a plain, matronly middle aged mom in a recycled dress for the wedding so as not to eclipse the bride, more than she usually does for weddings.
