Are you blind? She looks haggard like she's been in the hospital for the past two years and is out now for her wedding because her Stage IV treatment failed. Even Jenna's back presents a hell of a lot better than Barbara.

She's always been very thin but agree that it's much more pronounced now. As others have mentioned, the makeup is not good. The cheekbone contouring is not doing her any favors. I like the style of the dress and veil and the casual, family-only wedding seems to suit her.
