Has anyone watched this Mrs. Maisel show? It's winning everything.

Yes! It's super up my alley. I'm a big Gilmore Girls fan, and will follow Amy Sherman-Palladino basically to the ends of the earth/television.

But she was hilarious.

Turns out, that was her wedding dress! (She’s now divorced.)

Then poor Chrissy Metz really like her but man she needs a new stylist, the most unflattering dress. A shame she should not be wearing a strapless dress, but nice color

I am sorry most of these people just seem so out of touch and full of themselves, hard to stomach at a time when so many are suffering in NC. Just seems wrong.

She truly has some horrible fashion choices under her belt.

Chrissy Metz' dress could have been much better if it was actually longer and went to the floor. that length shower her entire foot in very unattractive an unflattering shoes. Either go above the knee, true tea length or to the floor. But angle length is awful on pretty much most people but one her its worse. I like the color. Don't like the shiny satiny part. MAybe she doesnt have a stylsit which is a shame. She should let soriano design for her.

Agree about the length, although I love the deep purple shoes and purse with the green dress. It needed a more elegant shoe. Love the color and style of the dress.

I haven't been watching Mrs. Maisel but intend to start! I like this Alex Borstein.

that dress is not flattering. She defintely needs some kind of real support undergarment. I don't get how these women either don't have a stylist or an actual friend to tell them "don't show your nipples at the emmy!"

Def needed a bra! Great dress, though

Ugh, I think she is super over rated. She creates such self involved characters.

I don't think Tracee Ellis Ross dresses for what the general public finds attractive. She is high-fashion. I don't particularly love what she wears but i think she is fabulous and can wear anything she wants and look like a complete and utter rockstar.

My favorite looks were Jessica Biel, Keri Russell, Angela Bassett, all the women from Blackish, and Kate Mackinon's black dress with the silver bands across the waist. Actually, I loved the black suit she wore during that ridiculous opening number too.

I thought Elizabeth Moss and Claire Foy looked awful. And hey, if you're going to knock Tracee Ellis Ross, what the hell was up with Gwendolyn Christie??? She looked like she threw a yellow silk sheet over her head and called it a day. That thing was AWFUL.

This Emmy broadcast had record low numbers watching. Good. The entertainment industry has an inflated sense of self and needs to diminish greatly.

I just thought those were the darts on her dress. I think she looks really lovely.

The color was good on Chrissy Metz and I get the idea of the bow to bring the eyes up towards her face.

Also, she's looking slimmer to me. I saw a photo of her sitting in the audience this year compared to last and her body doesn't look as pushed up.

That said, I'm a big girl too and other than a low kitten heel, there's no way she's wearing any kind of heel. Look at photos of her and she's always in flats or a very low block or kitten heel. She actually wears the same shoe as these purple ones fairly often (black, gold, maybe a red but I could be wrong). You just can't easily balance 300+ pounds in heels and walk.

I commented on her shoes upthread. I figured as much, regarding heels carrying her weight. I would have liked to see a little dazzle on them— some beading or sparkle or curvy shape to the straps. The squareness of the lines made me think of gladiator sandals, even though they aren’t.

In general, I love the way she dresses. I always watch the aftershows after every episode, and she always looks great. She picks dresses with really flattering colors and fabrics, and she has beautiful skin and hair.
