Was kind of surprised to see what a loser Bill Cohen turned out to be as a director on their board:

I thought this happened 3 months ago.

They canned him three months ago, but the board needed to go through the motions of having an actual investigation to determine he was fired "for cause." Covering the company's ass and trying to prevent him from litigating.

The investigation turned up more stuff, so it was obviously money well spent in the eyes of CBS.
