Though for long plane rides I like Dan Brown books.

I adore her and have read all of her books many times.

South America. I Have everything by Marquez and Allende and García Lorcaready to go, but I read them all already.

I have some nonfiction and other books, and would love any recommendations for a book about Brazil.

Me too but I don’t know any books about Brazil.
I’m good with the rest of South America.

Wow this book sounds great!!!

Meet Arthur Less. An acclaimed author, a "bad gay", a man traveling around the world in search of his soul, his youth, his identity, while his luggage is on it's own separate journey. Arthur is less than he expects of himself, seems less loved/loveable than others in his opinion, less together, less many things. Yet, what does his beloved Freddy realize he wants more than anything? Why, Less, of course. An absolutely lovely book about aging, self-image, life and love.

Just bought it. THANKS!

-Bitter Greens (based on Rapunzel)
-The Bear and the Nightingale (based on Russian folklore)
-The Wrath and the Dawn (based on 1001 Nights)
-A Court of Thorns & Roses series (loosely based on Tamlin and Beauty & the Beast)
The Golem & the Jinni (based on Yiddish & Middle Eastern folklore)
Anything by Robin McKinley

I don’t seek out fairy tales but these books look especially good to read on a snow day.
