I know!! That's why I didn't post our experience, but it was comforting to me to see others felt the same way.

Before DD started as freshman I noticed a couple parents posting the most ridiculous questions, one in particular stood out and shared a lot of personal info. Come move in day -- guess who was the parent of the roommate? It was a very strange feeling to know all this info but not know each other.
