Oh, so you're saying that the crowd standing in front of 7-11 is a figment of my imagination?

I reinforced that they exist AND that their behavior is being rewarded with a green space they will likely claim as their own by pissing and passing out on it.

They can't be "eyes on the street" when they are passed out drunk and too often when their eyes are open their zippers are as well.
