TC Williams College Matriculations This Year

Also this s more solid than other Alexandria privates like SSSAS and BI. Not quite EHS, but with all the $$$ that skews their admssions.

This. If the top students feel like they had good teachers, that says a lot. I suppose like many high schools you get get good teachers and not so good teachers. Still haven’t figured out what Va Tech’s admissions plan was this year. It’s clear they did something different, but don’t understand the strategy. It wasn’t simply: we admitted too many last year, so we’re lowering it this year.
Who can pay for private colleges affects destinations. It doesn’t necessarily reflect high school failure. Every year is a bit different. You have to look at what happens the next few years.

This list is incomplete - there are at least 4 kids going to Georgetown, at least one and possibly 2 headed to Princeton, many more to UVA and lots of others that I know of are not on the list. My DC said you had to submit a form to get on the list so many students just didn’t participate.

False. No admissions to Princeton. My sister works in admissions there and I specifically asked her if anyone from TC was offered a spot. Nope. Not a one.

Yeah, I'm sure that happened, given that it would have been a huge policy violation for her to give you that information. And that if it were true, you may have just outed yourself given how relatively small the undergraduate admissions office is.

and if you've been tracked into the gifted classes ..

Policy violation? lol

OHHHH! Look! Bullying the nay sayers! How rare!

Maybe it was his wife's sister? Maybe it was her? Maybe you'd need a sh*t ton of luck calling the admissions office and getting an answer about who works where and does what and answers to which emails?

You could FOIA it, right? Or is Princeton not a public school? Dang!

I bet, after you conquer that challenge, you could move on to the 200 year old secret cults at Harvard/Yale/Brown/Upenn, etc that somehow have escaped scrutiny!

We have been waiting for you!

Or maybe you're just a bitter loser!

About what? Knowing the PP was lying?

TC sent no one to Princeton.

That must humiliate such a huge chunk of Alexandria WASPS.

Eh, I have no horse in this race because we’re not even in ACPS. I just don’t find you credible on this point at all.

Credible?

On an anonymous message board?

Cute.

NP here. Dude, get back on your meds.
I don’t know whether TC sent any kids to Princeton this year, but I know for sure that kids have gone to Princeton from
TC either last year or the year before (or both).
