FET (day 5 embryo): tested on Day 8 and HCg levels low

Hoping for the best for you OP.
My experience that started like yours turned out to be a chemical. Level was 26 8dp5dt. It went up for a few more days after that, but then went down. That said, you won't truly know until you have a few more tests, and it's not impossible that it works out. Some caution on reading into the symptoms, though: progesterone is what gives you the pregnancy symptoms. In a non-medicated pregnancy, progesterone rises and causes the nausea, etc. With IVF the amounts they give you can cause the same symptoms, so symptoms aren't a good way to judge success.

OP here. I say this with sincere sadness that others haven't been this lucky, but I had my 7 week ultrasound today and there is a heartbeat!

I know we have a ways to go, but I'm praying that since I had PGS testing and there's at least a heartbeat that worries are a tiny bit lower than normal? Thanks for all of your support. This site has been invaluable to me, as other girlfriends/women in my life just haven't experienced everything you all have.

Congrats!!! If it makes you feel better the same thing happened to me. Our numbers never doubled and were slow to rise. I was so so worried. But today we have a healthy, happy 13 month old little girl! Best wishes

Please don’t be sad OP!! I got all misty with happy tears for you (could be the drugs ?). I’m sure I speak for others when I say your joy inspires. Sending healthy mama/baby love your way.

So glad to hear it OP!!

When I was in the thick of things, and experiencing repeated failures, the success of others who had been down a similar path gave me hope. Don't feel ashamed or guilty - enjoy your success. And keep us posted!!

Op again: another good ultrasound today, and I have been discharged from my fertility clinic. I got so misty eyed reading all of your kind words. Thank you so much for the congratulations and wonderful support. I still can’t believe this is happening after three years of trying a lot of assistance. I assumed it just wasn’t in the cards for us!

Congratulations!! There is nothing better than graduating from your fertility clinic after lots of disappointment. It takes a while to believe it's real! Wishing you all the best for your pregnancy.

Wonderful! I remember being discharged and being uneasy about just becoming another typical pregnant woman.

Wishing you an easy and healthy pregnancy and birth OP!
