Someone who got in told me anyone who appeals gets in. Is that true?

Threaten to sue and your appeal will get in.as long as their scores on cogat or nnat or wisc are near cutoff. FCPS is afraid of a lawsuit showing how subjective the process is. If your kid is anywhere near the cutoffs they should get in on appeal especially if you threaten to sue.

So how do you do that? Include a threat in your appeal letter? Or a letter of recommendation from your lawyer? Asking for a friend.
