DC in house here. Left BigLaw as a 5th year. I started at 185k + bonus + equity. The bonus ended up being 75k at the end of my first year. Total comp approaching 300k.
Don't disregard that in house jobs often offer a 401k match, which Biglaw doesn't do. Better benefits too. It adds up. |
