Good luck, we've also accepted a placement at CMIT South Elementary - waitlisted at a French immersion.

I just hope that we both get placement at the French Immersion before we have to purchase the $25 a pop uniform shirts.

I put my son in for the charter school lottery for k for the upcoming school year as well. He was waitlisted for all 4 schools that we entered him in. He recently received placement for two but unfortunately we will have to decline because of the distance from our home. I am really hoping for CMITS ES or Imagine Andrews. He started in the upper 100s and 220s onthe waitlist- has anyone heard of anyone getting placement after being so far down the list? One would assume your best chances are for kindergarten. A few years ago, my niece got placement a few weeks after school started for Imagine Andrews after being waitlisted in the 200s for 3rd grade. I'm just praying my son has a chance *sigh*.

We got into CMIT South too. What grade is your friend's child in? We're in 1st.
