Lesbianism later in life

I'd love to be a lesbian because yes, men are generally awful. I just have no appetite for the alternative. Sad

Dont knock it till you try it

This Grey's Anatomy quote is basically how I felt after sleeping with a woman for the first time my late 30's after being in a 15 year relationship/marriage with a man. IDK what to "call" myself. Bi? Lesbian? I wonder if I had had a sexual encounter with a female in college would my world have gone in a completely different direction? Who knows, but I am currently in a 2 year relationship with my female partner and I have never been happier in my life. People change, life changes. Just keep in touch with your friend if the relationship is important to you.

"When I was a kid, I would get these headaches, and I went to the doctor, and they said that I needed glasses. I get the glasses, and I put them on, and I'm in the car on the way home, and suddenly I yell. Because the big green blobs that I had been staring at my whole life, they weren't big green blobs. They were leaves on trees. And I didn’t even know I was missing the leaves. I didn't even know that leaves existed, and then...leaves! You, are glasses. ”

if you’re a bi lady and getting vibes from another bi lady, how do you approach?

I’m curious about this too... how do you figure out if the woman is bi without making things awkward?

well i just did it. straight up asked my friend. my intuition was wrong! but she said not first time she’s been asked. wasn’t awkward for more than one second, but she’s cool like that - if i thought she would’ve gone all apesh*t like some of you, i wouldn’t have asked obviously.
